RSB 0/1.4
The drilling and sounding rig type RSB 0/1.4 is capable of performing various geotechnical drillings.
Applications
- Soil sampling by means of window samplers or core barrels
- Environmental investigation
- Soil testing as per DIN 4094 / BS 1377
- Shallow water well drilling
Drilling methods
- Dry drilling
by auger, flight auger or hollow stem auger resp. drill bucket, max. hole size 300 mm
- Soil sampling
by window samplers, retracting force up to 11.500 daN (approx. kg)
- Soil testing
DPL/DPM/DPH, as per DIN 4094 with a drop weight of 10-50 kg. SPT as per BS 1377.
- Rotary core drilling
to max. 70 m depth; dia. 66 or 86 mm
- Mud rotary drilling
down to approx. 50 m
- Cable tool percussion drilling
