DSB 2
A fully hydraulically operated state-of-the-art rotary drilling rig equipped
since 1973 with the worldwide patented NORDMEYER round drilling mast
with built-in hydraulic drill feed. This simple and statically stable construction
has also been standing the test for many years with the bigger and more
powerful models of the DSB series. A real universal drilling rig capable of being
customized to the requirements by modular design of construction.
Applications
- Soil sampling for soil testing (civil engineering)
- Geological and hydrological testing, eg in dumps or in polluted areas
- Core drilling
- Drilling of monitoring wells
- Water well drilling for water supply, for irrigation or de-watering of construction sites
Drilling methods
- Dry drilling
down to max. 680 mm in front of the mast
- Cased dry or cable percussion drilling
for casings up to max. 419 mm
- Undisturbed soil sampling
with drive sampler BPE, drive sampler RKR or cable guided pneumatic hammer
- Rotary core drillings
with single tube, double tube or wire line core barrel.Straight flush drilling (DC-drilling)up to approx. dia. 17 ½ = dia. 445 mm
- Reverse circulation drilling (Rcdrilling)
with suction pump or air lift drilling with compressor up to borehole dia. approx. 680 mm in front of the mast resp. dia. 1000 mm below the mast
- DTH-Hammer drilling
with stand-by compressor up to borehole dia. approx 17 ½ " = dia. 445 mm
