Soil samplers (BPE)
The Nordmeyer Soil Samplers BPE-130 and BPE-150 are hanging on a cable and are operated by a cable percussion device or a freefall cable winch. The integrated drop weight is guided on the piston rod during driving and is hitting the top plate of the mud catcher. To achieve a higher blowing energy one or more additional weights can be mounted. The good functioning of the hose valve on the outside of the mud catcher must be controlled before operation. For pulling off the sampler an additional vacuum is created by the piston installed in the mud catcher stabilizing the sample. At the lower end of the mud catcher various models can be screwed directly or by means of an adapter.
