Pipe joint "C" is a quick mounting floating pipe joint especially designed for working in oscillating casing units. The threaded pins evenly spread over the circumference as well as the exchangeable threaded and conical rings in the pipe connection are transmitting the high oscillating and tensile forces. The bores for these hardened "connectors" are precisely produced on horizontal boring mills enabling an interchange of these elements within the joint. In order to enable instant alignment of the bores on the threaded pins when setting up the joints the latter are equipped with 2 guiding toes. For easy transmission of the tensioning force of the casing unit with double wall tubes longitudinal ribs are welded in the annular space between outer and inner tube.
